SPLIT SPLIT, Nov 10 (Hina) - Police in the southern Croatian port of Split on Wednesday arrested a 33-year-old man, whose name has not been disclosed, on founded suspicion that he murdered German citizen Wolf Hendrik Giese, aged 57,
who had gone missing after arriving to Croatia last spring. Giese's body was discovered on Tuesday near a road in the Imotski area. According to today's statement by Split County Court investigating judge Ivan Bartulovic, the missing German citizen's case was solved through Croatian and German police cooperation. Another man suspected in the murder has been in custody in a German prison since 8 August. Bartulovic said charges would be pressed against both.(hina) ha jn
