Such an increase can be expected according estimations of the
"Promocija Plus" market research firm, which were presented at
Tuesday's constituent session of an association for sale of
vehicles, established within the Croatian Chamber of Commerce
(HGK).
This year, the sale of brand new cars will total about 55,000 cars in
Croatia.
There are 1.04 million cars in Croatia, and they are 11.8 year old on
average. In addition, there are 1.72 million driving licences
issued so far, and the ratio between these numbers reflects some
kind of "hunger" for cars. According to "Promocija Plus", almost
700,000 drivers need cars.
