TRIESTE/PULA, Nov 1 (Hina) - On occasion of All Saints' Day and All Souls' day, representatives of Croatia's consulate-general in Trieste laid wreaths at graves of Croatian Catholic bishops buried at Trieste's St Ann Cemetery. These
bishops became famous in their struggle for the protection of rights of Croats in last century. Those are Juraj Dobrila and Andrija Marija Sterak, and Msgr. Antun Karabaic, the first editor of "Nasa Sloga (Our Concord)" and a pioneer in the national revival of Croats in Istria. The consulate's officials also placed wreath in Risiera, where the concentration camp used to be in WW II and where, besides Italian and Jewish inmates, many Croats and Slovenians were killed, read a statement issued by the consulate.(hina) jn ms
