MILJAVAC DESCRIBES HIS VISIT TO HUNGARY AS VERY SUCCESSFUL

ZAGREB, Oct 26 (Hina) - Upon his return to Zagreb on Tuesday, Croatia's Defence Minister Pavao Miljavac, described his two-day visit to Hungary as very successful and announced the furtherance of the cooperation between the two neighbouring countries in the defence sector. Our visit to Hungary has also confirmed our cooperation both at the defence ministries' level and at the level of armed forces. It will also contribute to further cooperation in the defence policy, economy and foreign policy, Miljavac told reporters at the Zagreb airport. Miljavac led a Croatian delegation that conducted an official visit to Hungary on Monday and Tuesday, at an invitation of Hungarian Defence Minister Janos Szabo. According to him, Budapest showed a good will to help Croatia to adjust legislation and achieve NATO standards in order that it may be prepared for its entry in the Partnership for Peace and NATO.
