SKOPJE, Oct 25 (Hina) - During their two-day meeting in Skopje, Governors of central banks of countries-successors to the former Yugoslavia (SFRY) voiced readiness to be prime movers for further actions aimed at the settlement of the
problem of the succession to the former Yugoslavia. The meeting in Macedonia's capital revolved around several issues, particularly around relations between national banks of Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Yugoslavia (Serbia/Montenegro) and international financial institutions. All these banks, but Yugoslav, have concluded favourable revolving lines of credits with the Basel-based Bank for International Settlements (BIS) which they can use until a final solution to the problem of assets of the Bank of the former Yugoslavia in the Basel BIS. In this context, the Yugoslav central bank has been encouraged to apply the same procedure in
