THE HAGUE, Oct 15 (Hina) - Prosecutors of The Hague Tribunal on Friday demanded another 15 years in prison for Bosnian Serb Dusan Tadic, who had already been given a 20-year sentence, but was found guilty of another six murders in
appeal proceedings. Prosecutor Michael Keegan said he had demanded an additional sentence of a minimum 15 years for the 43-year-old former reserve policeman. Tadic's appeal to the 1997 ruling which sentenced him to 20 years in prison for the murder of two Muslim policeman during the Bosnian conflict was turned down earlier this year. The appeals chamber, on the other hand, okayed the prosecution's appeal and accepted that Tadic was guilty of the murder of five Muslims in north-western Bosnia in 1992. The panel of judges is now to decide on the length of the punishment for the second crime.(hina) ha
