Krsnik reiterated that The Hague Tribunal's "disastrous indictment" against his client was too general. The indictment mentions the Croatian army and government in more than 20 places, which, he said, was fully contrary to the Croatian Constitution and the Constitutional Law on cooperation with the tribunal. Naletilic's attorney said his client's condition had stabilised after hospitalisation yesterday due to heart trouble. If Naletilic's condition deteriorated, Krsnik said he would request that his client be supervised by an international team of doctors. (hina) ha jn
