ZAGREB, Sept 30 (Hina) - Members of the centre for the protection of rights of missing and detained Croatian citizens and their families, "Apel", on Thursday lit candles in Zagreb in memory of all persons detained during the Serbian
aggression. Members of the association gathered in front of Zagreb's headquarters of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). A representative of the Association of Croatian Homeland War Volunteers (UHDDR) handed ICRC representatives a letter by UHDDR president Tomislav Mercep requesting the head of the ICRC delegation in Zagreb, Philipe Gaillard, to present all data on Serb crimes committed against Croats, as well as on their perpetrators and missing Croatian soldiers and civilians. So far, 1,928 victims have been exhumed from 121 mass graves, Farkas
