During his incoming visit to Mostar (southern Bosnia-Herzegovina), where he arrived from Moscow, Klein warned about the spreading of crime and corruption in the Dayton-designed Bosnia-Herzegovina. According to Klein, donors are getting too tired, the southern Yugoslav province of Kosovo is drawing all the funds and there is a lack of political will and time. Speaking to reporters, Klein said 85 per cent of the Bosnian population wanted to see their country become a part of Europe and warned that it was radicals who were obstructing common goals. conveyed a call by western countries for Bosnia-Herzegovina to
fulfil its obligations for joining Euro-Atlantic associations,
warning the time was running out for Bosnia.
During his incoming visit to Mostar (southern Bosnia-Herzegovina),
where he arrived from Moscow, Klein warned about the spreading of
crime and corruption in the Dayton-designed Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Speaking to reporters, Klein said 85 per cent of the Bosnian

he said, stressing the importance of the Stability Pact for the
region.
Klein said that during the talks he held separately with officials
of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Interior Minister Dragan Mandic,
and his deputy Sefkija Dziho, he warned of the need to establish a
joint budget, demobilise surplus police force and remove political
symbols. Discussed at the talks were also the political and
economic situation and refugee return.
