SARAJEVO/BANJA LUKA, Sept 7 (Hina) - Due to the fear of new arrests under indictments issued by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), the defence minister of the Bosnian Serb entity has forbidden Serb
officers to attend meetings which are held outside of the Republika Srpska or Yugoslavia.
