LJUBLJANA, Aug 30 (Hina) - Slovene Foreign Minister Boris Frlec on Monday said that open issues between his country and Croatia have not yet been solved despite great efforts invested by Slovenians during the past year. The open
issues between Croatia and Slovenia include defining the border between the two countries, co-ownership regarding the nuclear power-plant of Krsko and the Ljubljanska Banka debt to Croatian depositors. Frlec stressed that it takes two parties to achieve an agreement, adding that he hoped for a better atmosphere for negotiations after the parliamentary elections in Croatia. According to the Slovene Foreign Minister, main goals of the Slovene diplomacy are joining the European Union and NATO, and cooperation in the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe.(hina) it jn
