DUBROVNIK DUBROVNIK, Aug 17 (Hina) - "What It Means to Be a European" is the name of a four-day round table which began in the southern Croatian port of Dubrovnik on Tuesday. Held annually since 1994, this year the round table gathers
professors, politicians, and students from Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Great Britain, Germany, Poland, Russia, and Slovenia.
