A statement signed by James Rubin, spokesman for the US State
Department, said the Croatian Government had also submitted
several documents, which partially fulfils its commitments towards
the United States.
The US expect Croatia to fulfil its other commitment and extradite
Mladen Naletilic Tuta to the Hague as well, the statement said.
The Croatian Government was called on to fulfil its commitments
towards the Tribunal and promptly fulfils the ICTY's requests.
At the beginning of last December the Hague Tribunal asked for the
extradition of Martinovic, as he is charged with 22 counts in an
indictment for allegedly committing crime against humanity,
violating the Geneva Conventions and breaching customs and laws of
war.
Stela was transported to The Hague Monday.
