ZAGREB, July 23 (Hina) - Almost 90 percent of shares in Croatia's food-processing company "Pazinka", worth DM2.28 million, were sold to Germany company "Karl Pflueger" on Friday. A sales contract was signed at the Croatian
Privatisation Fund in Zagreb. The shares in "Pazinka" were sold by the Croatian Pension Insurance Fund, the State Agency for the Insurance of Savings Deposits and the Financial Restructuring of Banks, the "Croatia Osiguranje" insurance company, Croatian Waters, and the Croatian power utility company. A total of 445,548 were sold on the basis of the contract, accounting for 89.66 percent of "Pazinka's" basic capital. The contract price for the shares is DM2,284,869, and will be paid within 20 days of the signing of the contract. The buyer took the obligation, on the basis of a development programme offer for the company, to within four years invest
