The non-binding offers contain details on technical and commercial
services the bidder will offer to the HT, as well as the company's
draft business plan and non-binding financial offers.
After they hand their offers, the bidders will present the content
of their non-binding offers and consider them together with the
Croatian Government, its advisors and the HT. The bidders will be
requested to submit their final binding offers by the end of
September.
The Government commission for the privatisation of the HT is
content to have received non-binding offers from exceptionally
good bidders, who have proven their ability to create additional
value through numerous investment projects in the area of
telecommunications throughout the world, said a statement, signed
by the Government's spokesman for the privatisation of the HT,
Damir Ostovic.
