ZAGREB, July 22 (Hina) - "Transatlantic", a film by Croatian director Mladen Juran, has been included in the official programme of this year's international film festival in Moscow and will be screened on July 27.

director Mladen Juran, has been included in the official programme
of this year's international film festival in Moscow and will be

The film is the story of Croatian emigrants in America at the
beginning of the century.
Juran and director of photography Goran Trbuljak will attend the
festival, Jadran Film, the company which co-produced the film with
Croatian Television, said in a statement on Thursday.
Besides in Croatia, the film was shot on location in New York,
Pittsburgh, and at the Niagara Falls. It stars Filip Sovagovic,
Melita Jurisic, Boris Dvornik, Alen Liveric, Ivo Gregurevic, and
Mustafa Nadarević, and features music by Nenad Bach, Alan
Bjelinski, and Darko Pecotic.
"Transatlantic" was Croatia's last year's candidate for the
Academy Award.
