of Croatia's main tourist season has seen an increase in the number of foreign entries into Croatia. Despite more tourists, traffic across border crossings is proceeding without delays, as is traffic along roads leading to the coast. Tourist may have to wait only on major cross-roads and in ferry ports for island destinations. The busiest are border crossings in the west of the country. A total of 37,688 foreign tourists have entered Croatia via Slovenia since Friday afternoon, while 8,270 foreigners have exited. In the north of the country, across borders with Hungary, 12,212 foreign tourists have entered Croatia in some 4,000 vehicles, including 50 buses, during Friday/Saturday.
