Solana said the authorities in Bosnia had to urgently reduce military expenses if they wanted the international community to continue providing assistance for reconstruction. Solana, who is on a brief visit to Sarajevo, said after a meeting with BH Presidency members that the Kosovo crisis had not decreased the interest of the international community in the situation in Bosnia. He said the Stability Pact on South-East Europe opened great opportunities, and the country should use them in order to join European integration processes.(hina) jn rml
