ZAGREB, July 1 (Hina) - Croatian Economy Minister Nenad Porges will attend an economic summit of Central and Eastern European countries, which is to be held in Salzburg on July 1 and 2, the Croatian Economy Ministry said in a
statement on Thursday. The summit has been organised for the fourth time by the World Economic Forum, and will be held under the auspices of Austrian President Thomas Klestil. The summit, the main topic of which is Europe in 2000, will gather leading political and economic figures from the region and Western Europe. Also discussed will be the Kosovo crisis, as well as numerous initiatives aimed at integrating countries in the region with European and world economic institutions. attend an economic summit of Central and Eastern European
countries, which is to be held in Salzburg on July 1 and 2, the
Croatian Economy Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

Croatia's Porges will speak about possibilities of investing in
Croatia on Friday. The economy minister is also expected to hold
several bilateral meetings, including with Italy's Minister for
European Affairs, Enrico Letta.
