ZAGREB, June 29 (Hina) - The Croatian Interior Ministry on Tuesday urged the Croatian Farmers' Association (HSS) to remove blocks from international border crossings, the motorway and other state roads. In a statement issued today,
the Ministry said the HSS has been holding protest rallies since Saturday, June 26, blocking roads and border crossings. The rallies are being organised contrary to the regulations of the Law on Public Gathering, the Ministry said, adding road blocks are in violation of the Law on Security of Road Traffic, Law on Public Roads and Croatia's Penal Code, and prevent the exercise of the right to free movement, which is guaranteed by the Constitution.(hina) jn rml
