Bosnia-Herzegovina (HDZ BiH) for participating in actions aimed at gathering financial support for Croat indictees in The Hague. In a letter sent to Jelavic today, Carlos Westendorp warned that the presence of high HDZ officials at an auction of paintings in Mostar on June 18, the proceeds of which were intended for Croats in The Hague, had left a disturbing impression of a wrong political assessment. According to the letter, the High Representative agrees with the fact that all indictees are innocent until proven guilty, but the severity of their indictments points to the need of cautious behaviour, especially in case of persons such as Mladen Naletilic and Vinko Martinovic.
