ZAGREB, June 4 (Hina) - Shareholders in eight (8) Privatisation and Investment Funds (PIF) have received so far 98,036 out of total 217,961 title deeds to the ownership of PIF shares. It is almost 50 percent of shares which the
Croatian Privatisation Fund (HFP) should hand over to shareholders, said Franjo Jozic, at a news conference held by the Group of societies for the management of investment funds within the Croatian Chamber of Commerce. The President of the Commission for Securities, Ivica Smiljan, assessed that the process of the voucher privatisation had proceeded relatively smoothly. Smiljan advised to share-holders not hasten to sell shares, explaining that they should wait for an increase in their values at the market.(hina) ms
