ZAGREB, June 12 (Hina) - "Literaturexpress Europe 2000" will be an event arranged from May to June 2000 which is to attract 130 writers from 45 European countries. A train with men-of-letters will depart from Lisbon on the
"North-South" line and pass through 12 European states. The final destination is Berlin. At the invitation of this event's organisers from Paris and Berlin, Croatia's PEN Centre has chosen Lada Kastelan, Jurica Pavicic and Damir Milos, writers born after 1950, to take part in the show. Before beginning their trip aboard this train, participants should write about their views on Europe on about 10 pages and after the return to their countries they are expected to write whether Europe is our joint home, on about 15 pages.
