DUBROVNIK COUNTY COURT TO CONDUCT INVESTIGATION AGAINST BARAC DUBROVNIK, June 4 (Hina) - The Dubrovnik County Court on Friday reached a decision on conducting an investigation against seven persons involved in the Dubrovacka Banka scandal. The investigation will be conducted against former Dubrovacka Banka Board President Neven Barac, former Globus Group Board President Miroslav Kutle, Chemtrade representative in Wissbaden Zdeslav Barac, director of the Zagreb-based company Dastra, Antun Crlenjak, representative of the Vaduz-based company Tanora in Liechtenstein Engelbert Schreiber senior, representative of Vaduz-based Muper Engelbert Schreiber Jr., and representative of the Stuttgard-based company Centra Milan Cesarec. Barac is accused of abusing his power while conducting transactions, and the rest were charged with incitement to abuse power in business activities.
