ZAGREB, May 26 (Hina) - The Croatian Party of Rights (HSP) will accept the agreement on electoral legislation, reached between the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) and the Opposition Six, on condition that, if a non-fixed quota is
introduced, the postal vote be introduced for Croats without permanent residence in Croatia, HSP president Anto Djapic told reporters in Zagreb on Wednesday. About 400,000 Croats who live outside of Croatia will have less representatives in the Sabor than the Serb national minority, Djapic said, adding this was humiliating for the Croatian people. By agreeing to the non-fixed quota (which makes the number of Diaspora representatives dependant on the number of people who voted), the HDZ is doing a favour to the Opposition, which is unacceptable for the HSP, Djapic said.(hina) jn rml
