Izetbegovic handed Kovac a letter for Croatian President Franjo Tudjman, expressing his standpoint, Izetbegovic's Office said in a statement on Wednesday. During talks between Izetbegovic and Kovac, held in Sarajevo, Izetbegovic suggested a session of the Council for Cooperation between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, or adequate state delegations, to discuss problems of dual citizenship and other possible open issues in the relations between the two countries, the statement said.(hina) lml
