ZAGREB, May 18 (Hina) - The biggest Croatian insurance company "Croatia Insurance" holds the year 1998 as it most successful business year so far. Gross revenues of about US$11 million have been earned, while the Croatia Insurance
Group -- comprising also of Croatia Lloyd and Croatia Insurance Mostar -- yielded US$17 million gross earnings, Croatia Insurance management, headed by General director Suad Rizvanbegovic, told a news conference in Zagreb on Tuesday. The company's management and supervisory committee suggested the payment of dividend at US$20 per share. The Croatian Privatisation Fund owns 77.5 per cent of the company's stock for privatisation, while the remaining stock-holders, the Split Bank and other legal and natural subjects, have 22.5 per cent of a total of 316.348 shares.(hina) lml jn
