reported Tuesday. Albanian tanks were deployed Monday in the region of Qaf e Prushit, while larger army movements and heavy weaponry have been noticed near Morina, by the town of Kukes. The radio reported Tuesday morning, citing the Albanian police, Serbian forces on Monday bombed the region towards Qafa e Prushit, after which at least nine Albanian tanks arrived in the area. The tanks were deployed two kilometres from the border, Albanian sources said. Five Serbian grenades hit the village of Letaj in the Hasa region Monday night. Albanian authorities warned Serbian troops had, in the past several
days, tried to enter Albanian territory, due to which violent
