ZAGREB, May 17 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Zlatko Matesa on Monday received the International Monetary Fund (IMF) executive director and head of an IMF group of countries including Croatia, Johannes de Beaufort-Wijnholds. During
his visit to Croatia, de Beaufort-Wijnholds was informed about economic and financial movements in the country, as well as with events in the banking sector. The Croatian Prime Minister informed de Beaufort-Wijnholds of further steps regarding the privatisation of public companies, particularly the Croatian Telecommunications (HT). The IMF official was also introduced to the reform of pension and health systems, the Government Public and Media Relations Office reported.
