WASHINGTON, April 25 (Hina) - During his stay in Washington where he is attending NATO's summit, Croatia's Foreign Minister Mate Granic met Slovenia's Premier and Foreign Minister, Janez Drnovsek and Boris Frlec respectively, on
Saturday evening. After the meeting Granic said they had discussed open issues in the bilateral relations of the two neighbouring countries in light of agreement reached at the recent meeting of Croatian and Slovene officials in Otocac. Agreement seems to have been reached on asking the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to give advice on the problem of Ljubljanska Bank to settle debts to Croatian depositors. New expert meetings are to be held on the property issues, the nuclear power plant "Krsko" and border issues.
