Speaking about flats constructed by the Reconstruction and
Development Ministry, he said the price of a square metre is 4,626

The minister said the Agency for Facilitating Real Estate
Transactions was also taking part in the conduct of the programme,
by buying houses which can be given to some disabled persons.
To date, 151 houses adjusted for those who suffered the gravest
injuries in the war have been constructed, and the construction of
such 23 houses is under way.
Minister Njavro described the co-ordination between the two
ministries as very good. He added that keys to about 400 flats would
be handed to Homeland War veterans this month in Croatia.
