ZAGREB, May 10 (Hina) - After a witness, Eduard Sajer, failed to come from Nis, Yugoslavia, to Zagreb, the main hearing was postponed today for Tuesday at the Zagreb County Court in the case of Dinko Sakic, a former commander of the
Ustashi concentration camp in Jasenovac. Prior to the resumption of the trial, Croatian Justice Ministry forwarded to the panel of judges a report of the Belgrade-based military medicine academy's cardiology clinic on the health condition of Sajer, aged 77. The ministry also handed to the panel a statement of the witness who said he was not able to travel to Zagreb to testify due to his poor physical and mental condition. Sajer added that at the moment he did not want to travel since he had heart and mental problems caused by his recollections of the Jasenovac camp. The trial of Sakic resumes on Tuesday.(hina) ms
