TIRANA, May 6 (Hina) - Several hundred Kosovans on Thursday arrived in Albania via the Morina border crossing. Many of them spoke about the plight ethnic Albanians had to endure until they managed to leave Kosovo. A woman from the
Suva Reka area said about seven thousand residents of that town had lived in woods under difficult circumstances for about two months. A mother from Djakovica said her children had had to eat leaves after they fled, along with a few hundred citizens of Djakovica, that town. They went into woods since Serbian police had evicted them from their homes. Refugees who today crossed into Albania said Serb forces had separated several men from their column and taken them into the direction unknown.
