ZAGREB, April 30 (Hina) - Croatian Defence Minister Pavao Miljavac met a representative of the Israeli-Croatian Friendship League, General Motti Hod, in Zagreb on Friday. The Israeli delegation is paying a two-day visit to Croatia.
The two officials discussed the main questions of the Croatian air force's doctrine and development. Hod, a retired general and legendary commander of the Israeli air force during the Six Day War, is one of the first and best pilots of the Israeli air force. Israel has rich experience in the modernisation of air forces and it offers modernisation services to clients according to their wishes, Hod said. The Israeli delegation, which is headed by the League's president Samuel Schlesinger, also includes Ambassador Zvi Elpeleg and a businessman Jack Padwa.
