ZAGREB, April 29 (Hina) - Czech Agriculture Minister Jan Fencl and Croatian Agriculture and Forestry Minister Ivan Djurkic held talks in Zagreb on Thursday about the development of bilateral cooperation in agriculture, forestry and
wood industry and trade. Stressing the importance of the talks, Fencl said the Czech Government was interested in expanding the trade and other forms of cooperation with Croatia. He added the structure of trade with Croatia had not changed, but its volume has decreased by half. Djurkic said the two ministers tackled the liberalisation of trade, in which the two countries would not present competition to one another. The talks also focused on regulations concerning the management of state land, Czech experiences in privatising forests and veterinary regulations.
