ZAGREB, April 29 (Hina) - At a closed part of its session held on Thursday, the Croatian Government adopted measures for the financial rehabilitation of 19 companies, with 7,000 employees. The measures had been suggested by a
government body in charge of monitoring the employment policy. At the proposal of the Croatian Returnees' Association, the Government endorsed changes to the Regulation on the deadline for submitting applications for the reconstruction of houses and flats in the Croatian Danube River region. The changes will enable the returnees to repair their homes and flats on their own, with the money granted by the Government. The Government also formed a national commission for the protection of air traffic, appointing Zvonimir Vedris its president.(hina) jn rml
