ZAGREB, April 27 (Hina) - Representatives of Croatian liberals on Tuesday left for Berlin where they will participate in the 20th congress of the ELRD, a group of European liberal and reform parties. The congress is taking place from
April 28 to 30. The delegation consists of Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS) president Drazen Budisa, president of the HSLS main council, Ivo Skrabalo, and director of the Croatian Centre for Liberal Studies, Franjo Zeko, the HSLS main secretariat said in a statement on Tuesday. The main subject of the congress will be the adoption of an electoral programme for elections into the European Parliament, scheduled to take place this June.
