"We have sent a telegram to our Ministry of Foreign Affairs saying

Obradovic said that Masle was arrested because he did not have a

Two months ago, Montenegro adopted a decision according to which
persons travelling to Montenegro are not required to have Yugoslav
visas until the end of the tourist season in October.
According to Montenegrin sources, Masle is at the military prison
in Podgorica, where he is awaiting his trial before the military
court.
Masle (aged 42), who reported on the Kosovo crisis from Albania, was
arrested by the military police on Tuesday upon entering Montenegro
from Skadar via the border crossing of Bojaz.
The Croatian Foreign Ministry on Thursday issued a statement saying
the situation on the border with Montenegro is stable, however, it
reiterated its recommendation for Croatian citizens not to travel
to Yugoslavia.
