Although many refugees have been taken to accommodation centres or transported to Turkey by air, the picture on the ground has not changed. The hygienic conditions are catastrophic at the aforementioned border crossings. On Monday, expert teams disinsectized the area. According to official reports, 24 children were taken to hospitals,
and two of them died.
Maternity wards are overcrowded and could not accept all pregnant
women who are to give birth soon.
