end of the talks. "The general assessment is that by extending the Dayton agreement with a Croat entity, the Croat people would, like the other two peoples, at least have equal prospects for the preservation of their identity and for their survival." "As a constituent people, the Croat people has and will remain a strong integrative, political, and nation-building factor in BH," the message said. "Croats in BH see their future in the establishment and development of their complete national freedoms here, and in tight cooperation with the Republic of Croatia." university, according to programmes of the Croat people in the
Federation of BH."
