ZAGREB, Feb 9 (Hina) - Croatia completed the third round of bilateral negotiations on entering the World Trade Organisation with Turkey in Ankara on Tuesday. Turkey is the second country after Japan with which Croatia has officially
completed negotiations. According to a statement from the Croatian Economy Ministry, Croatia and Turkey signed a protocol on the completion of negotiations. Delegations of the two countries discussed tariffs for industrial and agricultural/food processing goods. Turkey showed no interest for the field of services. Turkey expressed willingness in principle to accept Croatia's suggestion for an urgent start of negotiations, while simultaneously pointing to the necessity of further consultations with the European Union (EU).
