DUBROVNIK, March 2 (Hina) - The trial against former Dubrovacka Bank Management Board chairman, Neven Barac, and against the owner and director of Dubrovnik's company "Medijator", Mirko Obrvan, began on Tuesday before the Dubrovnik
County Court. The two have been indicted for abusing their authority and position for personal gain. The first item of the indictment reads Barac and Obrvan had harmed the Dubrovacka Bank by DM20 million through the "Medijator" company. Barac has been additionally charged with using his position and authority for personal gain to others by mediating in the sale of 1,762 shares of the Dubrovacka Bank to the "Tanora AG" company from Lichtenstein, thus harming the bank by DM3.5 million.(hina) lml mm
