Mintas-Hodak held the conference after talks with a delegation of the Hungarian Foreign Ministry's State Secretariat for Integrations which arrived today for a two-day visit to Croatia. European associations, the Croatian European Integration
Minister, Ljerka Mintas-Hodak, told a press conference in Zagreb on
Monday.
Mintas-Hodak held the conference after talks with a delegation of
the Hungarian Foreign Ministry's State Secretariat for
Integrations which arrived today for a two-day visit to Croatia.
The head of the Hungarian delegation Arpad Gordos said that the
purpose of the visit, which was scheduled a month after the visit of
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban to Croatia, was the
strengthening of regional cooperation, including relations with
Europe.
We are ready to share our impressions, experiences and insight with
the Croatian Government, and we believe the cooperation would be of
benefit to both Croatia and Hungary, Gordos said.
The Hungarian Foreign Ministry's State Secretariat for
Integrations is Hungaria's main body for conducting negotiations
and adjustments of activities necessary for the country's joining
the European Union.
During its two-day visit to Croatia, the delegation will inform its
hosts about political cooperation between the European Union and
Hungary, the European agreement, the adjustment of their
legislative system with the European law, coordination inside of
the government in the process of European integrations, as well as
communication strategy for informing citizens.
