SARAJEVO, Feb 26 (Hina) - The United States of America on Friday welcomed a decision by the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina on establishing a special working group which would draw up a plan for the return of 6,000 refugees and
displaced persons to their pre-war homes, but also requested the fulfilment of all previously assumed commitments. The new initiative must not replace previously determined plans for return, including those stipulated by the Sarajevo Declaration, the United States Embassy in Sarajevo said in a statement Friday. We welcome the new initiative but we are still dissatisfied with the insufficient progress in the return of Croats and Serbs to Sarajevo, the US Embassy statement read. The United States invited members of the BH Presidency, Ante Jelavic and Alija Izetbegovic, to assume a constructive approach in order for progress to be achieved in the return of refugees in the upcoming
