PRISTINA, Feb 25 (Hina) - The main political representative of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), Adem Demaqi, on Wednesday rejected a decision on forming an interim government in Kosovo which , according to a news agency
"Kosovapress", should have included members of the Albanian negotiating delegation to Rambouillete. Demaqi's Office in Pristina reported that neither the KLA chief headquarters nor its political leader had been consulted about the estblishment of the interim government, adding that the interim government has no legitimate right to represent people of that southern Yugoslav province. The decision on forming the interim Government was signed in Rambouillete by Hashim Thaqi, the KLA political director, as well as by Ibrahim Rugova on behalf of the Kosovo Democratic Alliance, and Rexheo Qusja on behalf of the Albanian Democratic Movement.
