PRISTINA, Feb 24 (Hina) - A delegation of Kosovo Albanians, which participated in peace talks in Rambouillete, decided to establish an interim government, the Kosovo Liberation Army's (KLA) news agency, Kosovapress, reported on
Wednesday. The decision was made on late Tuesday evening, after the consultation amongst the KLA, the Kosovo Democratic Alliance (DSK), the United Democratic Movement (UDP), and independent representatives. The temporary government of that southern Yugoslav province, will function until the next free elections in Kosovo, and its mandate holder will be a Kosovo Liberation Army representative, the Kosovapress reported. The KLA, the DSK, the UDP, as well as independent representatives will be equally represented in that government. The decision was signed by Hashim Thaqi on KLA's behalf, Ibrahim Rugova on DSK's behalf, and Rexep Qosia on UDP's behalf.(hina) it
