PLOCE, Feb 23 (Hina) - Five tonnes of steel structures intended for a steel factory in the central Bosnian town of Zenica on Tuesday arrived in the southern Croatian port of Ploce aboard the "Profesor Viktor Volongin" transatlantic
merchant ship. The cargo was brought from Lisbon, in the organisation of the Jadro-Agent international maritime agency. This is the first shipment intended for the revived industry at Zenica's steel factory since the beginning of the war in Bosnia. Prior to the war, the factory used more than 50 percent of the Ploce port capacities. The Ploce port will, in line with a mutual agreement, accept 240,000 tonnes of cargo for the Zenica steel factory in the first six months of this year, thus realising a minimum DM4 million.(hina) ha jn
