Monday. The statement said the rally in front of the company's headquarters had not been announced at all. The police blocked the protesters' path to the government building as public rallies on the local Markov Trg square are banned, the statement said. "In preventing the unannounced public rally from taking place the police has not used force towards the protesters." A policeman suffered light injuries and was temporarily hospitalised, while several other policemen who complained of injuries are receiving hospital treatment, the statement further said. "The protesters threw snowballs at the police, while several who were obviously intoxicated tore a piece of fence and threw it at the working policemen."(hina) ha jn
