SPLIT'S "DALMA-MALOPRODAJA" GOING BANKRUPT SPLIT, Feb 1 (Hina) - The Split Commercial Court on Monday reached a decision on bankruptcy proceedings against the "Dalma-maloprodaja d.o.o." company, owned by the Diona - Globus group. The
proceedings were initiated by the company's employees and contractors, after the owner offered to sell nine of the most attractive company's retail shops in Split in order to pay back the debt to Dalmatinska Banka. According to the Payment Transactions Bureau, Dalma has been insolvent for 440 days. The company's debts for pension and health insurance, as well as local rates are more than US$450,000.
