PULA, Jan 26 (Hina) - A Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS) MP and chairman of parliament's Tourism Committee, Ivan Herak, on Tuesday spoke to Hina about reports suggesting the possibility of his becoming minister of tourism. Herak,
who handed in his resignation to the Tourism Committee post, said "I have to admit there have been certain signs, indications, and contacts with regard to taking over the Ministry of Tourism." Herak said he was very interested in the matter, but added things would be clearer after his talks on Wednesday with HSLS president Drazen Budisa. Budisa said after his Tuesday talks with Croatian President Franjo Tudjman the HSLS refused to participate in a government reshuffle announced by Tudjman.
